I ordered pant scrubs, but the sizing was incorrect.
As I purchased them when on sale, I was unable to return them (yes, totally understand that), BUT when the pants arrived, they were at least two sizes bigger in actual measurements than what was ordered. The measurements were out by at least ten centimeters bigger.
I did contact the team on the day of arrival and sent photographic evidence as per their request (with tape measure) and they said they would happily deal with it. This has now been two months of waiting. I am not very happy with this service.
Though saying that, the material feels very nice and I wish I could have worn them and given a positive review.
So quality of product might be good, but customer service for after sale is very poor. Also sizing is way off.
I did order sizes as per their size measurements and that is why I feel they are lacking in their customer service.
If they had given a more positive reply to my concerns with sizing and replaced my order, I think they might of received a more positive review. I was very happy to return the oversized items, but I am still waiting on a reply (as of today).
