The following information relates to the terms and conditions of purchasing embroidery service with The Scrub Store
Set Up
Set up fees are charged at $60 per new logo or $15 per text set up ($9.50 if in addition to logo)
Note: changes to a logo will incur a new set up fee.
Note: Set Up fees are non refundable if embroidery cancelled after set up service has been completed.
Products
Embroidery is offered on all products for sale on The Scrub Store
Lead Time
Orders with embroidery will have a 10 business day lead time. Please note that this timeframe assumes you approve (physically or digitally sign) your artwork within 2 days of receiving the approval form. A reminder that choosing Express Post at checkout does not shorten the order time just the time once your order has been shipped.
IMPORTANT: If you have not approved your embroidery within 30 days of receiving the initial sign off, we will cancel and refund your order. Also, if you choose to cancel your products AFTER the digitising service has been completed, set up costs will not be refunded due to the service being provided.
The Scrub Store is not responsible for any typographical errors made on text lines provided including but not limited to upper/lower case and punctuation.
Returns
Please choose your goods carefully as those that have been decorated cannot be returned unless for warranty purposes.
