The following information relates to the terms of purchasing embroidery service with The Scrub Store
Set Up
Set up fees are charged at $45 per new logo.
Note: we can also facilitate simple colour changes on logos we have already digitised. Please note a fee of $15 every time you change your logo colour will apply.
Products
Embroidery is offered on all products. There is a minimum order quantity of 6 units. Note: we will embroider single units however the minimum embroidery quantity price remains at 6 (see table below for pricing)
Lead Time
Orders with embroidery will have a 10 business day lead time. Please note that this timeframe assumes you approve your artwork within 2 days of receiving the approval form. A reminder that choosing Express Post at checkout does not shorten the order time just the time once your order has been shipped.
Returns
Please choose your goods carefully as those that have been decorated cannot be returned unless for warranty purposes.
